摘要
实践教学体系构建对于物流管理专业开展实践教学具有重要意义。科学设计实践教学体系能够实现理论教学与实践教学的全面对接,改善校内外实践场所的不足,避免人才培养与社会需求的脱节。在具体构建过程中应遵循以学生学习为中心,以职业标准为主线,以能力培养为目标,以产教融合为手段的原则,从递阶型实践教学方式的设计、多功能实践教学基地的建设、多样化实践教学项目的开展、创新型实践教师队伍的组建以及实践教学长效机制的建设等方面进行全方位、立体化的设计。
The practice teaching system is of great significance to the practice teaching of Logistics Management Specialty.Scientific Design can realize the comprehensive connection between theory teaching and practice teaching,improve the deficiency of practice places inside and outside school,and avoid the disconnection between talent cultivation and social demand.In the process of concrete construction,we should follow the principles of studentcentered learning,professional standards as the main line,ability training as the goal,and integration of production and teaching as the means,from the design of hierarchical practice teaching mode,the construction of multifunctional practice teaching base,the development of diversified practice teaching projects,the construction of innovative practice teachers and the long-term mechanism of practice teaching,the overall and three-dimensional design is carried out.
