一种国产SiP产品开发及功能替代技术研究

Research on a Development and Functional Substitution Technology of Domestic SiP Products

随着国产芯片需求的不断提高,以及集成电路行业市场竞争的日益加剧,急需打破对国外集成电路产品的依赖,研制出拥有自主知识产权的产品。但受整体技术差距的限制,短时间内研制出直接替代("一对一"替代)产品的难度较大。为此,提出了采用SiP技术生产国产芯片产品,用于替代国外集成电路产品的类似功能的方案;进而实现电路产品的小型化、模块化和高可靠性;最后,结合具体的设计方案和使用案例,从功能和性能等方面着重论述了替代技术的可实现性。

With the continuous improvement of the demand for domestic chips and the increasingly fierce market competition in the integrated circuit industry,it is urgent to break the dependence on foreign integrated circuit products and develop products with independent intellectual property rights.However,due to the limitation of the overall technology gap,it is more difficult to develop a direct replacement("one-to-one"replacement)product in a short period of time.To this end,the scheme of using SiP technology to produce domestic chip products to replace the similar functions of foreign integrated circuit products is proposed,thereby achieving miniaturization,modularization and high reliability of circuit products.Finally,combining specific design plans and use cases,the achievability of alternative technologies is emphasized from the aspects of function and performance.
