案例式立体教学法在皮肤科临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的:研究皮肤科临床实习教学过程中应用案例式立体教学法的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月皮肤科实习学生52名,根据教学方法不同分为两组,各26名。对照组接受传统教学方法;研究组接受案例式立体教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:研究组学生综合成绩和综合能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤科临床实习教学过程中应用案例式立体教学法,可以提高实习学生综合能力,同时有效提升临床操作及理论知识成绩。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of case-based stereoscopic method teaching in clinical practice teaching of dermatology.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,52 cases of internship students from dermatology department were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different teaching methods with 26 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching method and the study group received the case-based stereoscopic teaching method.The teaching effects between two groups was compared.Results:The comprehensive achievement and comprehensive ability of the students in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case-based stereoscopic teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of dermatology can improve the internship students'comprehensive ability and improve their clinical practice and theoretical knowledge.
