品管圈活动在骨科口服给药查对管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in Orthopedic Oral Administration Check Management

目的探讨品管圈活动在骨科口服给药查对管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年4月品管圈活动实施前在骨科执行口服给药查对操作168例次作为对照组,随机选取2019年7月品管圈活动实施后在骨科执行口服给药查对操作168例次作为观察组。比较两组口服给药查对规范落实率,计算观察组目标达标率与进步率,评价观察组圈员自我能力评分。结果观察组口服给药查对规范落实率77.98%高于对照组的45.83%(P<0.05)。观察组口服给药查对正确落实目标达标率为112.06%,进步率为70.13%。观察组圈员品管圈活动实施后的和谐程度、积极性、责任感、沟通配合、自信心、凝聚力、解决问题能力、品管手法评分均高于品管圈活动实施前,P<0.05。结论实施品管圈活动对骨科口服给药查对进行管理,明显提高了口服给药查对规范落实率和护士的护理能力,有助于保障患者用药安全。

Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circle activities in orthopedic oral administration check management.Methods Randomly select 168 cases of oral administration check operations performed in the orthopedics department before the implementation of the quality control circle activity in April 2019 as the control group,and randomly select 168 cases of oral administration check operations performed in the orthopedics department after the implementation of the quality control circle activity in July 2019 the case was used as the observation group.Comparing the implementation rate of the two groups of oral administration check standards,calculating the target achievement rate and progress rate of the observation group,and evaluating the self-ability score of the observation group members.Results In the observation group,the compliance rate of oral administration check was 77.98%,which was higher than 45.83%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the correct implementation of the target compliance rate for oral administration check was 112.06%,and the progress rate was 70.13%.The scores of harmony,enthusiasm,sense of responsibility,communication and cooperation,self-confidence,cohesion,problem-solving ability,and quality control techniques of the observation group members after the implementation of the quality control circle activity were all higher than before the implementation of the quality control circle activity,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities to manage orthopedic oral administration inspections has significantly improved the implementation rate of oral administration inspections and nurses’nursing capabilities,and helped ensure the safety of patients’medication.
