中药在糖尿病治疗中的用药机制及效果分析

Analysis of the Mechanism and Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的探讨糖尿病的中药治疗方法及其疗效,分析其用药机制。方法将该院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的110例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(中药治疗+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各55例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率92.73%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.636,P<0.05),并发症发生率(3.64%)以及治疗后的空腹血糖水平(FBG)[(6.64±0.51)mmol/L]、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平[(8.65±0.65)mmol/L]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药在糖尿病治疗中的应用疗效显著,临床治疗期间,遵循辨证治疗的用药机制,合理使用中药,能够长效、稳定地控制血糖,获得良好的预后。

Objective To explore the treatment methods and curative effects of Chinese medicine for diabetes, and analyze the mechanism of its medication. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 110 diabetic patients in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group(Chinese medicine treatment + conventional treatment) and control group(conventional treatment) with 55 cases each. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.73%) was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.636 P <0.05), the complication rate(3.64%) and post-treatment Fasting blood glucose level(FBG)[(6.64±0.51)mmol/L], 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG) level [(8.65±0.65)mmol/L] was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes has a significant effect. During clinical treatment, following the medication mechanism of syndrome differentiation and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine, it can control blood glucose with a long-term and stable effect and obtain a good prognosis.
