摘要
目的:对难溶性药物阿托伐他汀钙增溶技术进行综合叙述。方法:查阅国内外发表的相关文献,对提高阿托伐他汀钙在不同体系中溶出度的相关技术进行归纳、总结。结果:可通过制备固体分散体、包合技术、纳米乳等技术改善阿托伐他汀钙在不同体系中的溶出度。结论:将难溶性药物阿托伐他汀钙与其他试剂通过新技术进行融合,可以较好的提高阿托伐他汀钙在不同体系中的溶出度。
Purpose:To review the techniques of increasing solubility of insoluble drugs-atorvastatin.Method:Consulted the relevant literature published and summarized the techniques for improve the dissolution of calcium atorvastatin in different systems.Result:The methods which can improve the solubility and bioavailability of atorvastatin in different systems,including:preparation of Solid dispersion,ring and concentrate,nanoemulsion,et al.Conclusion:The dissolution of atorvastatin in different systems can be improved by fusing the insoluble drug calcium with other reagents.
