作为承包和签发建设项目的主要方法,招投标已广泛应用于工程项目建设中。论文分析了招投标过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了有效解决工程招投标问题的措施,以提高我国工程招投标的总体水平。

As the main method of contracting and issuing construction projects, bidding has been widely used in engineering project construction. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of bidding, and puts forward effective measures to solve the problems, so as to improve the overall level of engineering bidding in China.
