Chinese Advanced Breast Cancer Consensus Guideline 2020(CABC3)

在2015年发表的《中国进展期乳腺癌共识指南(CABC 2015)》(CABC2)的基础上,本指南进一步更新了进展期乳腺癌诊疗过程的一般原则、相关定义、疗效评估、治疗原则、用药策略及不良反应管理等内容;专家组系统阅读国内外多项关于进展期乳腺癌的临床研究(包括回顾性的资料分析),整理并总结了现有最新的乳腺癌相关指南,召开会议组织专家进行了多次讨论,将在循证医学基础上达成的专家共识整理成文,为从事乳腺癌专业的医生,尤其是在治疗进展期乳腺癌方面,提供参考。同时也希望为患者了解乳腺癌提供帮助。

This guideline is updated from CABC2 that published in year of 2015,to further identified some basically principles,definition,efficacy evaluation,therapeutic principle,strategy of different therapeutic method,and management of side effect in advanced breast cancer;we systematically reviewed related clinical trials,including retrospective patients data analysis about advanced breast cancer both in China and abroad,learning and summarizing these international and Chinese consensus guidelines,held meetings to discuss several times,the issue and recommendation were summarized according to evidence from clinical trial and experts consensus.This manuscript will be helpful for physician,especially for who are major part in advanced breast cancer,and may also possible to provide an opportunity for patients to understand breast cancer.
