利用微信小程序辅助保险实训课程教学的改革研究

借助互联网的信息交换手段辅助进行保险咨询服务已经成为时下常见的方式,学会应用移动工具进行保险展业、保险服务和保险咨询是学生成长为保险新型人才的必修课。将微信小程序应用于保险实训课程"保单整理"实训环节中,从保单收集效率、保单整理过程引导、保单整理结果呈现这3个方面打破传统保单整理手段的局限。将小程序应用于实训课程中,有效链接课堂实践、课外沟通和项目教学3个模块,并对该改革进行效果测评,形成最终的教学方案。

Internet information exchange technology is commonly accepted as assistant of insurance consulting services.College students must learn how to use mobile tools to do insurance exhibition industry,insurance services and consulting,so they could be educated into eligible insurance consultant.The application of wechat applet in the training course of insurance policy arrangement breaks the limitation of traditional policy arrangement from three aspects:the efficiency of policy collection,the guidance of policy arrangement process and the presentation of policy arrangement results.The application of wechat applet in practical training courses effectively links three modules:classroom practice,extracurricular communication and project teaching,and evaluates the effect of the reform to form the final teaching plan.
