Research on Cost Control of Prefabricated Building Based on EPC Model

从EPC模式的优势特征和装配式建筑技术体系、建造流程概述入手,在成本增量、EPC模式成本控制优势分析和成本控制责任分解的基础上,构建起基于EPC模式的装配式建筑多层动态成本控制体系。并以大连医科大学附属第三医院建设项目为例进行实例印证,以期对同类建筑项目的成本控制有所帮助。

Starting with the advantages of EPC model,the technical system of prefabricated building and the overview of construction process,based on the analysis of cost increment,cost control advantage of EPC model and the decomposition of cost control responsibility.This paper constructs a multi-layer dynamic cost control system of prefabricated building based on EPC model.Then,takes the construction project of the third affiliated hospital of Dalian medical university as an example,verifies the above,in order to help the cost control of similar construction projects.
