摘要 集装箱植物工厂具有可移动性强、使用地域广泛、环境可控、高密度种植和周年生产等优点。简要叙述北京市农业机械研究所有限公司设计开发的一种草莓集装箱植物工厂,该植物工厂整体设计形式呈现模块化,重点围绕栽培系统、补光系统、环境调控系统、营养液循环系统及控制系统进行创新设计,并对栽培环境进行测试。该系统在北京市通州区进行运营生产,试验及运营结果表明:草莓集装箱植物工厂可以用于草莓栽培,为集装箱植物工厂种植栽培拓宽思路;该草莓集装箱植物工厂的设计方案合理,系统配置科学,光能利用率高,种植系统安装便捷,可提高资源利用效率,达到草莓的连年生产需求,为农户创造更高价值。 Container plant factory has advantages of strong mobility,wide use area,controllable environment,high-density planting,annual production and so on.A strawberry container plant factory designed and developed by Beijing Agricultural Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.was described briefly.Overall design form of plant factory was modular,focusing on innovative design of cultivation system,light supplement system,environmental control system,nutrient solution circulation system and control system.Cultivation environment was tested.The system was operating and producing in Tongzhou district,Beijing.Experiment and operation results showed that strawberry container plant factory could be used for strawberry cultivation and broaden thinking for cultivation of container plant factory.Design scheme of strawberry container plant factory was reasonable,system configuration was scientific,light utilization rate was high,planting system installation was convenient,resource utilization efficiency could be improved,continuous production demand of strawberries could be achieved,and higher price could be created for farmers value.
