高频胸壁振荡对机械通气患者排痰效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高频胸壁振荡对机械通气患者的排痰效果。方法共纳入192例ICU患者,采用有创机械通气。随机将患者分为两组。对照组给予振动排痰,观察组给予高频胸壁振荡排痰。比较两组生命体征,呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)和撤机时间。结果 VAP发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血氧饱和度显著升高,观察组撤机时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频胸壁振荡排痰系统可有效促进排痰,缩短撤机时间,增加血氧饱和度,有效预防VAP。
