大学生志愿服务是实践育人的重要载体和重要一环,是将理论与实践相结合的一种重要手段,有利于培养学生的社会责任感和社会实践能力。在深入阐释大学生志愿服务的实践育人功能基础上,分析大学生志愿服务实践育人的现状和存在的主要困境,并提出充分发挥大学生志愿服务实践育人功能的优化路径,以推动大学生在志愿服务中成为一个德才兼备、全面发展的新时代青年。

College students’voluntary service is an important carrier and an important link in the practice of educating people.It is an important means to combine theory with practice,which is conducive to cultivating students,sense of social responsibility and social practice ability.On the basis of explaining the practical education function of university stuuents,voluntary service,this paper analyzes the present situation and the main existing difficulties of university students,voluntary service and puts forward the optimized way of giving full play to the function of educating people in voluntary service so as to promote the college students to become a new era youth with both morality and talent and all-round development.
