摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘方法分析益母草组方配伍规律。方法:计算机检索CNKI数据库,搜集含益母草的临床应用方剂文献,经筛选文献和提取资料后,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Statistics 19.0、SPSS Modeler 14.1等软件对文中的中药进行频数分析、关联规则分析、配伍规律分析。结果:在纳入的299首方剂里,频数分析中发现单药益母草、当归、甘草最为常见;药性四气以温性为主,五味以苦、甘为主;归经中肝经、脾经居多;主治疾病共有9类,其中妇女经带杂病类最多;关联规则分析中发现以益母草为核心的药对组合9个,治疗“妇女经带杂病类”的药对组合11个,系统聚类分析得到治疗妇女经带杂病共5类。结论:益母草常应用于治疗“妇女经带类杂病”且多与当归、甘草、川芎等中药联用,为益母草的临床配伍提供了参考。
Objective:To analyze the compatibility law of Leonurus heterophyllus formulas by using data mining method.Methods:Through collecting the data of clinical prescriptions containing Leonurus heterophyllus using CNKI as the data source,the frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were conducted by using Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 14.1 and SPSS Statistics 19.0 softwares.Results:A total of 299 prescriptions were included.The medicines with high frequency were leonurus,angelica sinensis and licorice.As for the property of a medicine,the major Chinese medicines were warm.In terms of flavour,the major Chinese medicines were sweet and bitter.In terms of meridian tropism,the major Chinese medicines were liver and spleen.There were 9 main diseases,of which women menstrual miscellaneous diseases were the most common.Totally 9 medication combinations with Leonurus heterophyllus as the core were mined through the association rules,and 11 medication combinations were used for the treatment of women menstrual miscellaneous diseases.The clustering analysis showed 5 kinds of drugs were used for the treatment of women menstrual miscellaneous diseases.Conclusion:Leonurus is widely used in women menstrual miscellaneous diseases and often combined with angelica sinensis,licorice,chuanxiong,paeonia lactiflora and the other Chinese medicines,which provides reference for the clinical compatibility of Leonurus heterophyllus.
