Making and Application of Drawing Video of Histological Pattern Diagram

模式图是生物局部形态结构的典型展示,使抽象难懂的图像变得简洁直观,容易理解。本研究通过绘画细胞、组织及器官的模式图,然后用高拍仪记录其绘画过程,制成组织学模式图绘画视频,上传至网络供学生自学或在实验课堂上播放给学生观看,希望能够减免实验教师在黑板上反复手绘模式图的工作量和提高模式图的正确度,并培养学生的自学能力,调动学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,更好地理解和掌握组织学知识。

Pattern diagram is a typical display of the biological local morphological structure,and is easy to understand on account of making abstract images simple and intuitive. The aim of this study is to draw pattern diagram of cell,tissue and organ,and record drawing process by high definition photography instrument to made drawing video of histological pattern diagram. Drawing videos are uploaded to the website for students to download or are played to students in histological experimental classroom. It may reduce workload and improve correctness of hand-painted pattern diagram of experimental teachers on the blackboard,cultivate students ’ self-study ability,and mobilize students ’interest to improve the learning efficiency as to better understand and master of histological knowledge.
