烧结矿低温还原粉化指标提升 被引量:6

摘要 针对津西钢铁烧结矿低温还原粉化指标较低的情况,通过烧结试验研究了不同原料配比下烧结矿低温还原粉化指标的变化,重点分析了Al2O3、FeO、TiO2和碱度对RDI+3.15的影响,以及RDI+3.15提升对高炉冶炼的影响。结果表明,随着烧结矿中Al2O3和TiO2含量的增加,RDI+3.15呈下降趋势,而FeO和碱度的影响正好相反;烧结矿RDI+3.15的提升会提高高炉的透气性、煤气利用系数及产量,降低燃料比。实践表明,只有在烧结矿低温还原粉化指标满足高炉透气性要求的前提下,研究烧结矿还原性的提高才是烧结矿调整的正确方向。 In view of the low index of low-temperature reduction and pulverization in Jinxi Steel,the change of index under different raw material ratio was studied through sintering test. The influence of Al2O3,FeO,TiO2 and basicity on RDI+ 3. 15 and the effect of increasing RDI+ 3. 15 on blast furnace smelting are analyzed. The results show that RDI+ 3. 15 decreases with the increasing of Al2O3 and TiO2 content in sinter,while Fe O and basicity have opposite effects;the increasing of RDI+ 3. 15 in sinter will improve the permeability,gas utilization coefficient and output of blast furnace,and reduce the fuel ratio. The practice shows that the correct direction of sinter adjustment is to study the sinter reducibility improvement with the premise that the sinter low temperature reduction pulverization index meets the requirements of blast furnace permeability.
