摘要
汽车后视镜的三维模型由三步制作出来。首先用非接触式的三维激光扫描仪获得汽车后视镜的点云,然后用IMAGEWARE对点云进行去噪处理,由点构建线,得到线的网格模型,最后将网格模型倒入三维软件中进行对曲面重构,并对产品模型进行再设计。获得汽车后视镜的三维模型后,进一步运用MOLDFLOW模拟注塑工艺过程,建立了一模两腔的流道系统,比较侧面浇口流道系统和顶杆潜伏式浇口流道系统的充填参数,结合CAE分析结果,得到侧面浇口流道系统具有更好的充填工艺参数。
The three-dimensional model of automobile rearview mirror is made by three steps.The point cloud of automobile rearview mirror was obtained by non-contact three-dimensional laser scanner,then the point cloud was denoised by IMAGEWARE,the line was constructed by the point,and the grid model of the line was obtained.The grid model was poured into the three-dimensional software to reconstruct the surface,and the product model was redesigned.After obtaining the three-dimensional model of automobile rearview mirror,MOLDFLOW was used to simulate the injection process.The first mock exam system with two cavities was built.The filling parameters of the side gate runner system and the ejector pin runner system were compared.The CAE side analysis results showed that the runner system of side gate had better filling parameters.
