高蛋白饲草串叶松香草不同生长期营养成分分析 被引量:7

摘要 本试验采用近红外光谱技术对串叶松香草不同生长期(现蕾期,开花期,结实期)营养成分进行测定并评估其饲用价值。结果表明:与结实期相比,现蕾期和开花期粗蛋白质(CP)分别增加了31.59%和22.25%(P<0.01),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)分别下降了26.11%和22.05%(P<0.01),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)分别下降了22.94%和18.25%(P<0.01);开花期水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量比结实期增加了45.83%(P<0.01),而结实期和现蕾期无显著差异(P>0.05);串叶松香草中矿物质元素与现蕾期相比,开花期和结实期磷(P)的含量分别下降了17.86%(P<0.05)和42.86%(P<0.01),镁(Mg)的含量分别增加了37.5%和62.5%(P<0.01),钙(Ca)和硫(S)含量结实期比现蕾期分别增加了9.79%和26.32%(P<0.05);与结实期相比,现蕾期和开花期总可消化养分(TDN)分别增加了9.87%和8.80%(P<0.05),相对饲喂价值(RFV)开花期最高,结实期最低,但差异均不显著(P>0.05),相对饲草品质(RFQ)现蕾期最高,但与开花期和结实期差异不显著(P>0.05)。肉羊消化能数据显示,开花期比结实期增加了2.38%(P<0.05),现蕾期略低于开花期。综合分析,现蕾期饲用价值潜力较高,为最适刈割收获期。 Determined of nutrition components of Silphium perfoliatum L.in different growth stages(budding stage,flowering stage and fruiting stage)by near Infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIR)and its feeding value were evaluated.The results showed that the content of crude protein(CP)of budding stage and flower stage were significantly increased 31.59%,22.25%(P<0.01),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)were decreased 26.11%,22.05%(P<0.01)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)were decreased 22.94%,18.25%(P<0.01)compavred with the seed stage respectively.The levels of water soluble carbohydrates(WSC)was improved 45.83%(P<0.01)at flower stage than seed stage,but no differ between seed and budding stage(P>0.05).The content of P were significantly decreased 17.86%(P<0.05),42.86%(P<0.01),but Mg levels significantly higher 37.5%,62.5%(P<0.01)in budding stage and seed stage than in flower stage respectively.The levels of Ca and S were increased 9.79%,26.32%(P<0.05)in seed stage than in budding stage;In budding stage and flowering stage the total digestible nutrients(TDN)was significantly higher 9.87%,8.80%(P<0.05)than that in seed stage,the relative feeding value(RFV)was the highest in flowering stage and the lowest in seed stage,but no differ(P>0.05),the relative forage quality(RFQ)was the highest in bud stage,but the difference was not significant between treatments(P>0.05).Digestible energy was significantly higher2.38%at flower stage than seed stage(P<0.05),but no differ between budding stage and flower stage.In summary,the feed value potential of budding stage was higher,which was the best harvest time.
