摘要
风险不仅对社会基本的价值观念、组织机构和利益结构等造成严重威胁,它的不可预测性对任何一个国家或地方政府抑或是各个领域而言都是一项重大挑战。从教育学视角来看,教育风险需要领导者在时间压力以及相当大的不确定性条件下,采取有效行动进行关键决策以应对风险。因而如何增强教育领域对风险的敏感性、降低公共机构的脆弱性、提升教育治理能力都应该是今后重点关注的问题,也是应对风险社会的必由之路。面对风险,教育领域应该克服治理过程中过程性遮蔽与结构性混乱等方面的困境,对自身的治理能力取得较大突破,以有效确保教育秩序的有序化。
Risk poses not only a serious threat to the basic social values,organizational structure and interest structure,but its unpredictability is also a major challenge to any national or local government or to various fields.From the perspective of pedagogy,educational risks require leaders to take effective actions to make key decisions to deal with risks under time pressure and considerable uncertainty.Therefore,how to enhance the sensitivity to risks in the field of education,reduce the vulnerability of public institutions,and enhance the educational governance capacity should be the issues of increasing concern in the future and the only way to deal with the risk society.Facing the risks,the educational field should overcome the dilemmas in the governance process and the structural aspects,and make greater breakthroughs in epistemology and practice on its own governance ability,so as to effectively ensure an orderly education order.
