综合性护理干预在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者中的效果评价

Evaluation on the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus

目的评价综合性护理干预在突发性耳聋(Sudden Deafness,SD)伴耳鸣患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年1月本院收治的318例突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各159例。对照组患者为常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合性护理。比较两组患者听力改善、ABR水平等。结果观察组患者听力改善总有效率为95.0%(151/159),显著高于对照组的88.1%(140/159),组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.897、P=0.027)。入组时,两组患者Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰期间潜伏期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,组间Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间期比较,差异均无统计学处理(P=0.050、0.081);组间Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰期间潜伏期相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.057、P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预能提高突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者听力改善疗效,ABR良好改善。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness(Sudden Deafness,SD) and tinnitus.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,318 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,159 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The hearing improvement and ABR level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of hearing improvement was 95.0%(151/159) in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 88.1%(140/159) in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=4.897,P=0.027).When the patients were enrolled in the group,the latency of wave Ⅰ~Ⅲ,Ⅲ~Ⅴ and Ⅰ~Ⅴ in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.After intervention,the latency of wave Ⅰ~Ⅲ and Ⅲ~Ⅴ was compared between the two groups,P value was 0.050 and 0.081 respectively;the latency of wave Ⅰ~Ⅴ in the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.057,P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve the effect of hearing in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus,and ABR obtains good improvement.
