“新农科”建设驱动下农科类人才需求转变与培养趋向研究

Analysis of the Demand Change and Development Trend of Talents Cultivation in Agricultural Universities under the Background of“New Agricultural Science”Construction

随着“三农”问题的不断发展和“新农科”建设的不断推进,在社会和高校层面可以较为明显地感受到人才培养需求的变化,高等农业院校作为承载农科类人才的摇篮,应着力转变农科类人才的培养方向和目标。现阶段人才培养的问题主要体现在人才选拔、专业设置、知识结构和人才培养数量这四个方面。高等农业院校作为农科类人才培养的摇篮,可以通过加强校企合作、改造传统农科专业结构、培养新型农业人才、开展“金专”和“金课”、提高教师水平,适应当今社会对人才的发展需求,更好地促进农科类人才的培养。

With the continuous development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers problems,and the construction of new agri-science,the changes in the demand for talent cultivation can be clearly felt at the social and university levels.Agricultural colleges and universities,as the cradle for agricul‐tural talents,should strive to change the training direction and target of agricultural talents.At present,the problems of talent training are mainly reflected in four aspects:talent selection,specialty setting,knowledge structure and quantity control.Agricultural colleges and universities can better promote the cultivation of agricultural talents by strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,reforming the tradi‐tional agricultural specialty structure,cultivating new agricultural talents,constructing“gold special‐ties”and“gold courses”,and improving the level of teachers,so as to meet the development demand for talents in today’s society.
