耳廓假性囊肿病因学及治疗新进展

New Progress in Etiology and Treatment of Auricular Pseudocyst

耳廓假性囊肿是一种临床上较为常见的无痛性囊肿,以成年男性多见,多为单耳发病,发病部位常位于舟状窝,三角窝,耳甲腔和耳甲艇。其发病机制尚未明确,如不治疗会影响耳廓美观。多年来,虽然已经提出并实践了多种方法来治疗这种简单的疾病,但是由于经常会复发而臭名昭著,因此一直是临床医生的挑战。为此,本文综述耳廓假性囊肿病因学、非手术治疗与手术治疗进展,以便使耳鼻喉科医生、整形外科医生以及皮肤科医生在治疗方法上有更深的了解。

Auricular pseudocyst is a clinically common painless cyst,which is more common in adult males,mostly in the case of single ear.The diseased part is often located in the scaphoid fossa,triangular fossa,ear cavity and cymba conchae.Its pathogenesis has not yet been clarified,and if it is not treated,it will affect the appearance of the auricle.Various techniques have been proposed and practiced over the years to treat this uncomplicated condition.However,since this condition is notorious for its recurrence,it has always posed a challenge to the clinicians.Therefore,this article aims to review the advances in the etiology,non-surgical treatment and surgical procedures of pseudocyst of the auricular,aiming to give otolaryngologists and plastic surgeons a better understanding of the treatment.
