目前经济犯罪侦查人才培养存在培养目标不明晰、课程配置不科学、教材缺乏针对性和新颖性、教学方法不够丰富、实践教学与实际脱节等诸多问题。为应对新时期打击及防控经济犯罪的需要,培养合格的经侦专业人才,应当确立创新型、专业型、复合型、应用型的人才培养目标,设置公安通识课、经侦专业基础课、经侦专业核心课、经侦专业拓展课的课程体系,及时更新重组教学内容,采用主次协调、有机搭配的教学方法,同时强化教师实战能力培养,促进人才培养目标的实现。

At present, there are many problems in training of economic crime investigation talents, such as unclear training objectives, unscientific curriculum allocation, lack of pertinence and novelty of teaching materials, insufficient enrichment of teaching methods, and disconnection between practical teaching and practice. In order to meet the needs of cracking down on and preventing economic crimes in the new era and to cultivate qualified talents of economic investigation, we should establish the training objectives of innovative, professional, compound and applied talents, set up the curriculum system of public security general education course, basic course of Economic Investigation Major, core course of economic investigation specialty, and professional development course of economic investigation, timely update and reorganize teaching contents, adopt primary and secondary coordination and organic combination At the same time, we should strengthen the training of teachers’ actual combat ability, and promote the realization of talent training objectives.
