中美输电塔斜材考虑端部构造的稳定承载力对比研究

摘要 对于输电塔结构设计,目前中美设计标准对比研究已较多,但斜材在实际构造型式下的承载力对比研究较少。为给海外输电塔工程斜材设计提供有益参考,采用美国标准ASCE 10-97、中国电力行业标准DL/T 5154-2012以及钢结构设计标准GB 50017-2017,针对典型构造型式的单斜材、交叉斜材进行了稳定承载力比较分析,最后利用有限元数值分析模型进行验证。结果表明,中美标准的主要区别在于稳定系数、局部稳定强度折减系数以及对端偏心和端约束影响的计算方法不同,并对输电塔单颗螺栓连接、无中间支撑的单角钢斜材、端部有两颗螺栓的斜材等设计提出了相关建议,有关结论可供海内外工程设计参考。 For the structural design of transmission tower,there have been a lot of comparison between Chinese and American design standards.But there is a lack of comparative study especially on the bearing capacity of bracings with various practical structural types.In order to provide a useful design reference for overseas projects,the stability capacity of single bracings and cross bracings is studied byconsidering American standard ASCE 10-97,Chinese Codes DL/T 5154-2012 and GB 50017-2017.Finally,the finite element analysis model is used to verify the study.The results show that the main differences between the criteria of the two countries are stability coefficient,the local stability strength reduction coefficient and the calculation methods for the effect on end eccentricity and end constraint.Some suggestions are put forward for bracing design of tower,such as single bolt connection of transmission tower,single angle steel bracing without intermediate support and bracings with two bolts at the end.The conclusion can be used as reference for engineering design abroad and at home.
