Difficulties and Path of High Quality Development of China’s Manufacturing Industry

我国制造业以改革开放的基本国策为基础,以赶超战略和出口导向战略、非均衡发展战略和产业要素非均衡性保护、传统产业要素禀赋和成本优势为主要途径,高速发展成为门类最为齐全的世界性制造业。我国已经进入了中国特色社会主义新时代,制造业也将加快转向高质量发展阶段,制造业转型发展主要面临扭转惯性依赖困难,高质量发展差距大、动力不足等难点,必须提高认识,转变观念,推进自主创新驱动发展战略,推动制造业商业模式创新,深化供给侧结构性改革,营造创新驱动高质量发展环境等,增强高质量发展动力,完成制造大国向制造强国的转变。

Based on the basic national policy and catch-up strategy and export-oriented strategy of reform and opening up,unbalanced development strategy and unbalanced protection of industrial factors,factor endowment and cost advantage of traditional industries,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly into the world’s manufacturing industry with the most complete categories.China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the manufacturing industry will also accelerate the transition to a high-quality development stage.The transformation and development of manufacturing industry mainly faces difficulties in reversing inertia dependence,large gap in high-quality development and insufficient power.Through a series of strategies of improving understanding,changing ideas,promoting independent innovation driven development strategy,promoting manufacturing business model innovation,deepening supply side structural reform,and creating innovation driven high-quality development environment,we can enhance the high-quality development power of China’s manufacturing industry,and complete the transformation from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.
