医养结合机构标准化构建的重要性探讨

目前我国老龄化进程加快,完善健康养老的一系列政策体系,营造适应的社会环境,加快老龄事业和产业发展势在必行。经过多学科多领域人士的不断探索,我国医养结合工作逐步进入快速发展阶段。文章结合医养结合服务发展现状和政策,组织医养结合及医疗质控方面专家,采用方便抽样的方式对部分省市医养结合机构的调研,发现医养结合机构目前没有统一标准,服务内容各自不同,质量高低不同,服务人员素质差别较大,专业的技术人员配置情况不一致,部门之间的协作机制各有特点,医养结合工作虽有进展,但是仍然存在一些因为标准不统一,掣肘医养结合工作继续推进的问题,需要设立统一的医养结合机构标准。

At present,China's aging process is accelerating.It is imperative to improve a series of policy systems for healthy and elderly care,to create an adaptable social environment,and to accelerate the development of the cause of aging and industry.After the continuous exploration of people in many disciplines and fields,the work of integrating medical care and nursing care in China has gradually entered a stage of rapid development.Based on the development status and policies of integrated medical and nursing services,this article organizes experts on integrated medical and nursing services and medical quality control,and uses a convenient sampling method to conduct surveys on integrated medical and nursing institutions in some provinces and cities.They are different,the quality is different,the quality of service staff is quite different,the configuration of professional technicians is inconsistent,and the cooperation mechanisms between departments have their own characteristics.Although progress has been made in the integration of medical care and support,there are still some constraints due to inconsistent standards.The issue of the continued integration of medical care and support requires the establishment of uniform standards for medical care and support institutions.
