摘要
对以数学模型为基础的专利申请进行检索是专利审查检索环节的难点,本文将专利申请中常见的数学模型划分为两类,一类为基于物理模型的数学物理公式,另一类为基于统计原理的数值计算模型。根据两类数学模型的不同特点,明确了检索过程中的各自关注点,并制定了不同针对性的检索策略。拟定了摘要环境+全文环境的检索思路,并将其作为数学模型的重点检索方向,给出了该思路在非专利数据库和S系统专利数据库中的实现途径。扩展了引文追踪检索思路,并给出了跨检索源的实现方式;根据数学物理公式的特点,给出了如何用好专业特有表达的检索技巧,利用科技论文普遍尊重首创论文的特点,提出了引文+的混合检索模式。
Searching for patent applications based on mathematical models is a difficult part of the patent examination and retrieval process.This article divides the common mathematical models in patent applications into two categories,one is the mathematical physical formula based on a physical model,and the other is the numerical calculation model based on statistics principle.According to the different characteristics of the two types of the above mathematical models,the respective concerns in the retrieval process are clarified,and different targeted retrieval strategies are formulated.The retrieval idea of abstract environment and full-text environment is drawn,and it is used as the key retrieval direction of mathematical model,and the realization way of this concept in non-patent database and S system patent database is given.Citation tracking retrieve ideas is expanded in the paper,and a cross-retrieval source implementation is given;based on physical characteristics of mathematical formula,tips on how to retrieve by a unique professional expression of is given,by using the discovery which scientific papers usually respect the first paper,the mixed search mode"citation plus"is developed.
