新时代大学生转专业诚信缺失现状分析及对策研究

受到社会就业形势的影响,高校专业出现“冷热不均”的现象,大学生纷纷通过转专业申请转入热门专业。然而,转专业过程中存在诚信缺失的现象,对高校的整体形象造成了非常恶劣的影响。大学生转专业诚信缺失行为主要表现在申请材料、面试考核、反悔违约等方面,这些行为与高校的诚信教育做得不够密切相关。加强大学生诚信教育,应当从社会诚信教育、学校诚信教育、家庭诚信教育、自我诚信教育入手,正确引导大学生,培养他们的诚信意识。

Affected by the social employment situation,some majors are popular and some are unpopular in colleges and universities,and many college students apply for the change to a hot major.However,there is a lack of honesty in the process of changing a major,which has exerted a very bad influence on the overall image of colleges and universities.The behaviors of college students'lack of honesty when changing a major are mainly manifested in application materials,interview assessment,breach of promise,etc.These behaviors are closely related to the honesty education of colleges and universities.To strengthen the honesty education of college students,we should start with social honesty education,school honesty education,family honesty education,and self-honesty education to correctly guide the cultivation of college students'honesty awareness.
