摘要
结合钢铁企业大数据中心建设的实际需求,介绍了数字化设计、数字化运维、数字化交付的“三化”融合建设目标;通过对智能数据联通、智能数据分析、数字孪生产线等关键技术的研究,设计了大数据中心的总体架构,详细阐述了其基础资源层、数据处理层、数据展示层的功能;通过大数据中心的建设,帮助企业实现智能化升级。
In combination with the actual needs of big data center construction for steel enterprises,this paper introduced the goal of the three-in-one integration of digital design,digital operation and maintenance,and digital delivery for the big data center construction.Through research on key technologies such as intelligent interconnection of equipment,intelligent data analysis,and digital twin production lines,the overall architecture of the big data center is designed,and the functions of its basic resource layer,data processing layer,and data presentation layer are elaborated in detail.The construction of big data center helps enterprises to achieve intelligent upgrades.
