摘要
针对氧化亚铁硫杆菌微生物浸出硫化矿过程,从浸矿机理出发,重点介绍了基于直接作用、间接作用、联合作用机理下微生物浸矿模型,并讨论了这几种模型的意义;概括了不同浸矿机理下影响微生物浸矿动力学模型的关键因素,重点研究介绍了基于氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出硫化矿的生长、吸附动力学模型;指出了微生物浸矿动力学模型领域的研究进展,并明确了未来在微生物浸矿动力学模型领域的研究重难点与方向。
For the process of microbial leaching of sulphide ore by Thiobacillus iron oxide,the focus was on the leaching mechanism based on the direct action,indirect interaction and combined mechanism of microbial leaching models,and the implications of these models were discussed.The effects of different leaching mechanisms on the key factors in the kinetic model of microbial leaching were outlined,with emphasis on the growth,adsorption of sulfide ore based on the leaching of sulfide ore by Bacillus thuringiensis oxide kinetic models.Future research advances in the field of microbial leaching kinetic modeling,research priorities and directions in the field of modelling were identified.
