摘要
植物酵素是一种含有丰富的生物酶、多酚、益生菌、益生元、维生素、有机酸和膳食纤维等多种生物活性物质的功能性复合物,其具有良好的抗氧化、抗炎抑菌、增强免疫和调节肠道菌群等多种生理功能。植物酵素在食品开发、生物医学等领域已得到广泛研究,但在动物营养研究领域尚处于起步阶段。本文主要对植物酵素的生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的研究和应用进行综述,为未来开发植物酵素作为替代抗生素的新型饲料添加剂提供理论依据。
Plant enzymes is a functional compounds,including biological enzymes,polyphenols,probiotics,prebiotics,vitamins,organic acids and dietary fiber,which many of physiological functions such as better antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,strengthening immunity and regulating intestinal microbiota.In the fields of food development and biomedicine,it has been widely studied but it is still in an initial stage in animal nutrition.To provide a theoretical basis for developing it as new feed additives to replace antibiotics in future,the physiological functions of plant enzymes and its application in livestock production are reviewed in this paper.
