分析半夏泻心汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并糖尿病的临床效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver with Diabetes

目的分析半夏泻心汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法入选2017年7月—2019年6月的66例非酒精性脂肪肝合并糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例,观察组给予半夏泻心汤治疗、对照组给予常规西医治疗,比较两组各项指标。结果观察组治疗后胃脘胀满(0.82±0.02)分、食欲不振(0.81±0.14)分、胁肋隐痛(0.71±0.02)分、身重困倦评分(0.72±0.03)分均低于对照组(t=17.873、11.668、29.197、7.831,P<0.05);观察组治疗后FPG(6.21±1.02)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.21±1.02)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.52±1.05)%、ALT(21.25±1.02)IU/L、AST(24.02±1.85)IU/L均低于对照组(t=4.460、6.281、2.737、31.750、14.118,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并糖尿病的临床效果十分显著,且能够有效改善患者血糖和肝功能指标。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with diabetes.Methods A total of 66 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver and diabetes from July 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 33 cases each.The observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine Treatment,compare the indicators of the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had(0.82±0.02)points for gastric fullness,(0.81±0.14)points for loss of appetite,(0.71±0.02)points for flank pain,and(0.72±0.03)points for drowsiness of body weight(t=17.873,11.668,29.197,7.831,P<0.05);after treatment in the observation group,FPG(6.21±1.02)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.21±1.02)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.52±1.05)%,ALT(21.25±1.02)IU/L,AST(24.02±1.85)IU/L were lower than the control group(t=4.460,6.281,2.737,31.750,14.118,P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with diabetes,and can effectively improve the blood glucose and liver function indexes of patients.
