致密储层二氧化碳加砂压裂技术研究

摘要 超临界二氧化碳干法压裂为近年来较新的技术,被应用于致密砂岩储层压裂,给储层改造提供了新的思路和技术方法,通过油藏数值模拟方法分析了超临界CO2注入地层后发生的物理性质变化,以及压裂过程对储层内原油性质的影响,通过单因素优化了裂缝半长及焖井时间,研究表明,最佳裂缝半长为120m,焖井时间为6d。超临界CO2/液态CO2压裂技术具有十分广阔的应用前景,压裂模拟分析成果为该技术在致密砂岩储层高效开发以及压裂施工设计提供理论指导。 Supercritical carbon dioxide dry fracturing is a relatively new technology in recent years,which is applied to tight sandstone reservoir fracturing,which provides a new idea and technical method for reservoir reconstruction.The physical property changes after supercritical CO2 injection into formation and the influence of fracturing process on the properties of crude oil in reservoir are analyzed by reservoir numerical simulation method.The fracture half length is optimized by single factor The results show that the optimal fracture half length is 120m and the soaking time is 6 days.Supercritical CO2/liquid CO2 fracturing technology has a very broad application prospect.The results of fracturing simulation analysis provide theoretical guidance for the efficient development of this technology in tight sandstone reservoir and fracturing operation design.
