北京市“四个中心”建设和“一带一路”国际体育交流与合作的融合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of the Construction of Four Centers in Beijing and the International Sports Exchanges and Cooperation Among the“Belt and Road”Countries

体育是“一带一路”沿线国家民心相通工程的重要抓手,已成为推动“一带一路”沿线国家或城市了解中国文化、开展民间交流的重要载体。在北京市“四个中心”建设与“一带一路”建设融合发展中充分发挥体育的纽带作用具有重要的现实意义。运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法,通过对北京市“四个中心”建设和“一带一路”沿线国家体育交流与合作的相关性研究,探讨两者融合发展的路径,为北京市“四个中心”建设与“一带一路”沿线国家或城市交流与合作提供体育交流与合作方案。分析认为:1)坚持市场主导与政府引导相结合,促进北京市“四个中心”建设和“一带一路”国际体育交流与合作的融合发展;2)北京市政府要加强北京市“四个中心”建设和“一带一路”国际体育交流与合作融合发展的顶层设计:进一步加强北京市推进“一带一路”建设的组织机构和相关合作平台建设;加强北京市体育科技创新区域建设,加大北京市体育科技人才培养力度;重点促进北京市与“一带一路”沿线国家或城市的体育赛事合作与体育用品贸易;促进北京市多方面的国际体育交流与合作。

Sports is an important part of the project of connecting the people of the countries along the“Belt and Road”,and has become an important carrier for understanding China culture and carrying out people-to-people exchanges between countries and cities along the“Belt and Road”.It is of great practical significance to give full play to the role of sports as a link in the integrated development of the construction of four centers and the“Belt and Road”in Beijing.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the correlation between the construction of four centers in Beijing and the sports exchange and cooperation between the countries along the“Belt and Road”line,discusses the path of their integrated development,and provides sports exchange and cooperation programs for the exchanges and cooperation between the construction of four centers in Beijing and the countries or cities along the“Belt and Road”line.It is concluded that 1)to promote the construction of four centers in Beijing and the integrated development of international sports exchanges and cooperation in the“Belt and Road”by adhering to the combination of market dominance and government guidance;2)The Beijing municipal government should strengthen the top-level design of the construction of the four centers in Beijing and the integrated development of international sports exchanges and cooperation of the“Belt and Road”;further strengthen the construction of organizations and related cooperation platforms for promoting the construction of the“Belt and Road”in Beijing;strengthen the regional construction of sports science and technology innovation in Beijing,and strengthen the training of sports science and technology talents in Beijing;focus on promoting sports events cooperation and sports goods trade between Beijing and countries or cities along the“Belt and Road”;and promote multi-faceted international sports exchanges and cooperation in Beijing.
