摘要
通过对4位学前教育专业男生的深度访谈,从选择专业的原因、专业学习的过程、与异性同学的互动以及他们自身的职业规划角度,考察男性气质动态的管理过程。积极探索特色男性师范生制度,增加教师队伍中男性教师的比例,加速推动学前专业课程设置改革,可以为高校的师范生培养模式改革、幼儿园师资性别结构改善提供借鉴。
The second phase of the three-year action plan for preschool education encourages local governments to recruit male teachers and improve the gender structure of teachers,but there are still relatively fewer boys applying for preschool majors.Through in-depth interviews with 4 boys,they reflected the dynamic management process of their masculinity from the perspective of the reasons for choosing majors,the process of professional learning,the interaction with female schoolmates,and their own career planning.They have experienced a complex psychological process of confusion,adjustment,adaptation and transcending gender reconstruction in their interaction with the educational environment.Actively exploring the system of characteristic male teacher students,increasing the proportion of male teachers in the faculty,and accelerating the reform of preschool professional curriculum settings can provide reference for the reform of the training model of college students and the improvement of the gender structure of kindergarten teachers.
