Analysis of Factors Influencing Screening Effect in Material Screening in Coal Preparation Plant

选煤厂的原材料筛分过程会受到原材料各种因素的影响,因此,对入筛煤炭影响因素包括煤的水分以及粒度展开分析.通过计算证明筛面的长与宽、倾角、振次和振幅对筛面的筛分效果具有一定作用.此研究对做好振动筛维护,保证筛分效果奠定基础,为实践提供理论依据.

The screening process of raw materials in coal preparation plant will be affected by various factors of raw materials.Therefore,the influencing factors of coal screening,including coal moisture and particle size,are analyzed.Through calculation,it is proved that the length and width,inclination angle,vibration and amplitude of sieve surface play a certain role in screening effect.This study lays a foundation for the maintenance of vibrating screen and ensures the screening effect,and provides a theoretical basis for practice.
