摘要
海藻酸盐是一类从海洋中提取的生物高分子材料,具有生物相容性、亲水性、无毒等优点,在生物医学领域有着广泛的应用。目前为止,海藻酸盐在促进伤口愈合方面极具潜力,已被用于制备不同形式的伤口敷料,如水凝胶、薄膜、纳米纤维等。海藻酸盐制成的伤口敷料能够吸收伤口多余的液体,保持环境湿润,将创面处的细菌感染度降到最低。以不同剂型为出发点,综述了近年来以海藻酸盐为基础的不同形式的伤口敷料在体内、体外的研究结果。
Alginate is a type of biopolymer materials extracted from the ocean.It has a wide range of applications in biomedicine with the advantages of biocompatibility,hydrophilicity,non-toxicity and so on.Till now,alginate has great potential in promoting wound healing and has been used to prepare different forms of wound dressings,such as hydrogels,films,and nanofibers.The wound dressing made of alginate can absorb excess liquid of the wound,maintain a physiologically moist environment and minimize the bacterial infection at the wound surface.The research of different forms of wound dressings of alginate applied in vitro based on the dosage forms in recent years are reviewed.
