摘要
该文在社会经济发展和医学模式改革的背景下,论述了普通护士的素质要求,通过对儿童生理和心理特点的分析,探讨儿科护士与普通护士的区别,并从专业素质、思想道德素质、身体心理素质、科学文化素质和沟通交流方面提出儿科护士需具备的素质要求。从学校和医院两方面途径阐述提升儿科护士素质要求的有效措施,以期为临床培养高素质的儿科护士,满足社会医疗服务需求提供可借鉴的意见。
This article discusses the quality requirements of ordinary nurses under the background of social economic development and medical model reform.Through the analysis of children’s physiological and psychological characteristics,the differences between pediatric nurses and ordinary nurses are discussed.Psychological qualities,scientific and cultural qualities,and communication and communication put forward the quality requirements for pediatric nurses.From two aspects of schools and hospitals,the effective measures to improve the quality of pediatric nurses are elaborated,with a view to providing high-quality pediatric nurses for clinical training and meeting the needs of social medical services.
