成年糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状及影响因素研究

Current situation and influencing factors of self-management behavior in adult diabetic patients

目的:分析成年糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(family APGAR index,APGAR)、自我感受负担量表(self-perceived burden scale,SPBS)、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self care activities,SDSCA)对330例成年糖尿病患者进行调查。所得数据采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件进行分析,并对自我管理行为的影响因素进行Pearson相关性分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果:成年糖尿病患者SDSCA得分为(46.06±14.18)分,APGAR得分为(7.63±2.69)分,SPBS得分为(25.22±11.30)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,家庭关怀度、自我感受负担与自我管理行为呈正相关(r=0.147,P<0.01;r=0.152,P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,并发症、家庭关怀度、自我感受负担是成年糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:成年糖尿病患者的自我管理行为处于中等水平,是否患有并发症、家庭关怀度、自我感受负担有可能影响患者的自我管理行为。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of self-management behavior in adult diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 330 adult diabetes patients were investigated by general information questionnaire,family APGAR index(APGAR),self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and summary of diabetes self care activities(SDSCA).SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influcing factors of self-management behavior.Results:The total score of SDSCA was(46.06±14.18),the total score of APGAR was(7.63±2.69),and the total score of SPBS was(25.22±11.30).Pearson correlation analysis showed that family care and self-perceived burden were positively correlated with self-management behavior(r=0.147,P<0.01;r=0.152,P<0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that complications,family care,and self-perceived burden were the influencing factors of self-management behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management behavior of adult patients with diabetes is in the middle level,and complications,family care,and self-perceived burden may affect the self-management behavior.
