优化传染科流程管理对护理工作质量的影响

The Influence of Optimizing the Management of the Infectious Process on the Quality of Nursing Work

目的探讨优化传染科流程管理对护理工作质量的影响。方法按时间先后顺序选取该院传染科护理人员各19名分别作为参照组(2017年8月—2018年8月)、研究组(2018年9月—2019年9月),参照组实施常规护理管理模式,研究组加强流程优化管理,对比两组护理人员传染预防意识评分及护理质量评分。结果研究组传染预防意识各项评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量各项评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对传染科实施优化流程管理的效果显著,可提升护理人员传染预防意识及护理质量,有推广价值。

Objective To explore the impact of optimizing the management of infectious procedures on the quality of nursing work.Methods 19 nurses in the infectious department of the hospital were selected in chronological order as the reference group(August 2017 to August 2018)and the study group(September 2018 to September 2019),and the reference group performed routine care management mode,the research group strengthened the process optimization management,and compared the two groups of nursing staff's infection prevention awareness score and nursing quality score.Results The scores of infection prevention awareness in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of optimizing process management in the Department of Infectious Diseases is significant,which can improve the awareness of infection prevention among nurses and the quality of care,and has promotion value.
