摘要
数据采集和处理水平决定了整个车间的数字化水平。通过分析RFID系统的组成、原理、技术优势、金属环境影响等因素完成机器人组装调试数字化车间的数据采集设计。通过API公司的激光跟踪仪配合SMR靶球,经过三角测距法进行采样后,使用ACL-遗传算法对机器人参数进行优化,并将普通遗传算法与该算法进行对比,结果验证了ACL-遗传算法的优势。
The level of data collection and processing determines the level of digitization across the entire workshop.By analyzing the composition,principle,technical advantages and metal environmental influences of RFID system,the data acquisition design of the robot assembly and debugging digital workshop is completed.After sampling by the laser tracking device of API company and SMR target ball by triangulation method,the parameters of the robot were optimized by ACL-genetic algorithm.The advantages of ACL genetic algorithm are verified by comparing with the general genetic algorithm.
