添加剂对玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解的原位催化影响 被引量:1

摘要 依托自制的生物质管式炉热解实验平台,选用Fe2O3和CaO作为添加剂,探究不同添加剂对玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解产物特性的影响。分析计算热解产物产率及热解气组分,并得出以下结论:添加剂原位催化玉米秸秆成型颗粒可显著提高热裂解深度,提高热解气产率,其中添加CaO的效果较Fe2O3好;750℃时,与无添加剂相比,添加Fe2O3和CaO后的热解气产率分别提高10.96%和36.73%;CaO的添加显著降低热解气中的CO2含量,热解气中H2和CnHm体积分数得到一定提升,750℃时热解气低位热值为11.73 MJ/Nm^3。 Based on the self-made experimental platform of biomass tube furnace pyrolysis,Fe2O3 and CaO are used as additives to explore the effects of different additives on the pyrolysis products of corn straw forming pellets.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the yield of pyrolysis products and the composition of pyrolysis gas:In situ catalytic corn straw forming pellets can improve the depth of pyrolysis,increase the yield of pyrolysis gas and hydrogen.The effect of adding CaO is more significant than Fe2O3;the yield of pyrolysis gas after adding Fe2O3 and CaO increase by 10.96%and 36.73%Compared with no additives at 750℃.The addition of CaO significantly reduced the content of CO2 in the pyrolysis gas,and the volume fraction of H2 and Cn Hm in the pyrolysis gas increased to a certain extent.The lower heating value of the pyrolysis gas was 11.73 MJ/Nm^3 at 750℃.
