95后医学生专业选择与职业规划的调查分析

Investigation on Major Choice and Occupational Panning of 95s’Medical Students

目的探讨95后医学生专业选择影响因素及职业规划状况。方法自行设计问卷,对369名95后在校医学生进行匿名调查。结果48.51%的医学生是出于自身兴趣或志向而选择学医,59.35%的医学生觉得父母所从事的职业对自己专业的选择没有影响,63.69%的学生有职业生涯有规划,但模糊不清,对职业生涯的构想中,最看重的因素分别是待遇问题和发展空间。结论95后医学生对医学充满兴趣,对所学专业的学习状况满意度较高,有较为详细职业生涯规划,但多数学生因不知如何执行而感到迷茫。因此,培养医学生的专业思想稳定性,开展具有针对性和专业特色的职业规划课程十分必要。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and career planning status of 95s’medical students.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was completed by 369 medical students.Results 48.51%of the medical students choose to study medicine because of their interests and aspirations,there were 59.35%of medical students who felt that their parents'careers had no impact on their professional choices.63.69%of medical students said they had plans for their careers,but they don’t know how to take action.In their conception of career,the most important factor is the treatment and development space.Conclusion After 95s’medical students were interested in medicine.They are satisfied with their studies and have detailed career plans,but most students are confused about how to implement them.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out targeted career planning guidance for medical students,and to reveal that the course of career planning of college students should conform to medical major characteristic of medical specialty.
