加强企业“互联网+工会”工作的思考

互联网科技的飞速发展对企业工会工作产生了深刻影响。“互联网+工会”工作模式创新,是深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,永葆工会工人阶级群众组织本色,进行新时代工会工作创新的必然要求。当前工会工作中存在载体多样性不足、职工参与度不高、宣传及时性不够等问题。企业工会应通过打造“互联网+工会”新载体,构建线上线下深度融合的工会工作新格局;搭建职工交流平台,构建互联互动的工会工作新格局;抓好宣传教育工作,构建带动引领的工会工作新格局,从而更好地服务职工群众,促进企业的发展。

The rapid development of Internet technology has had a profound impact on the work of enterprise trade unions.The"Internet+labor union"working model is an inevitable requirement for practicing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,maintaining the true nature of the trade union and working class,and trade union innovation in the new era.At present,trade unions have problems such as insuffi cient diversity,low participation,and poor publicity.Enterprise trade unions should better promote the development of enterprises and serve its workers by creating"Internet+trade union",in-depth integration of online and offl ine activities,and building a platform for employee exchanges and training。
