摘要
[目的/意义]粮食应急案例库是突发事件下粮食应急供应决策的重要依据,如何将数据信息更加准确、及时、全面的记录和存储下来是粮食应急案例库构建的核心问题。[方法/过程]依托区块链分布式存储、数据不可篡改和可追溯等技术特点,从平台结构和组织架构设计粮食应急供应区块链信息平台,提出基于数据区块生成和数据追溯提取的粮食应急案例构建模型,并通过一个示例验证了模型的科学性和有效性。[结果/结论]通过区块链节点的共同参与和实时维护,实现粮食应急案例库构建过程中数据真实可靠且执行及时高效,从而促进粮食应急决策的精准制定,为提高粮食应急救援效率、推动粮食应急体系数字治理提供理论支撑。
[Purpose/Significance]The food emergency case base is the important basis for food emergency supply decision-making,and how to record and store the data information more accurately,timely and comprehensively has become the core issue in the construction of food emergency case base.[Method/Process]With the help of blockchain’s technical features,such as distributed storage,data non-tampering,real-time information sharing,etc.,the blockchain information platform for food emergency supply is designed from platform and organizational structure,and the generation process of food emergency cases based on data block generation and data traceability extraction is proposed,and then an example is given to verify the scientific nature and validity of the model.[Result/Conclusion]Through the joint participation and real-time maintenance of block chain nodes,the data is real and reliable,and the implementation is timely and efficient,during the construction process of food emergency case base,which promotes the accurate formulation of food emergency decision,and provides theoretical support for improving the efficiency of food emergency rescue and promoting the digital governance of food emergency system.
