摘要 苏州河防汛墙渗漏情况复杂,为结构性渗漏,场地狭窄、管线交错、检测难度大、渗漏修复难度大,渗漏特点明显。高聚物注浆在苏州河堤防防渗中的创新应用,开“微创”防汛墙工程除险加固的技术先河,结合工程实际、因地制宜,创新应用新技术。第一次提出防汛墙结构性渗漏的概念,并对防汛墙的四种结构性渗漏作了简单的归纳和分析。针对不同的结构性渗漏,提出了适用创新的技术方案,创新的注浆方法等,解决了防汛墙防渗中的技术难题。高聚物注浆技术在苏州河堤防防渗中创新应用,至2019年底已完成阶段性工作,其创新应用新技术的实践,可作为类似工程参考。 The leakage of the flood control wall of Suzhou River is complicated,and is the structural leakage.The site is narrow,the pipelines are intersected,the detection is difficult,the leakage repair is difficult and the leakage characters are obvious.The innovative application of high polymer grouting in the embankment leakage prevention of Suzhou River opens the technical precedent in the risk removal and reinforcement of"minimally invasive"flood control wall project.Combined with the engineering practices and adjusting measures to local conditions,the new technology is innovatively applied.The conception of structural leakage of flood control wall is put forward for the first time.Four structural leakages of flood control wall are briefly collected and analyzed.Aiming the different structural leakages,the applicable and innovative technical schemes and the innovative pouring methods are put forward to solve the technical difficulties in the leakage of flood control wall.The high polymer grouting technology is an innovative application in the embankment leakage prevention of Suzhou River.And its phase work has been completed by the end of 2019.The innovative application of its new technical practice can be referred for the similar projects.
