摘要
目的探讨联合微信平台的个性化健康教育在精神分裂症患者康复中的效果。方法选取茂名市第三人民医院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的92例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例)。对照组采用常规模式健康教育,观察组在常规模式基础上联合微信平台的个性化健康教育。比较两组干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神量表(BPRS)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)和治疗总依从性。结果两组患者干预前的PANSS、BPRS及ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后3、6个月的PANSS、BPRS及ADL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前的治疗总依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后3、6个月的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过联合微信平台的个性化健康教育能改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状,提高患者的日常生活能力、社会功能和康复效果。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized health education combined with WeChat platform in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 92 schizophrenic patients in the Third People′s Hospital of Maoming City from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to random number table method.Positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS),brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),ability of daily living(ADL)scale and total treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before intervention,3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of PANSS,BPRS and ADL between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).At 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention,the sores of PANSS,BPRS and ADL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment compliance between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).At 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention,the total treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized health education combined with WeChat platform can improve the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,improve their daily living ability,social function and rehabilitation effect.
