摘要
在我国社会经济不断发展的背景下,餐饮服务行业得到了可持续发展。城市如何提高餐厨垃圾的利用效率,是当下社会发展需要考虑的重要问题。文章就我国餐厨垃圾处理技术现状进行探讨,从生物柴油技术、堆肥化处理技术、饲料化处理技术、厌氧发酵技术、生物处理技术等方面提出了对应的建议和措施。
In the context of the continuous development of my country’s social economy,the catering service industry has achieved sustainable development.How to improve the utilization efficiency of food waste in cities is an important issue to be considered in the current social development.This article discusses the current status of food waste treatment technology in my country, and proposes corresponding suggestions and measures from the aspects of biodiesel technology, composting treatment technology, feed treatment technology, anaerobic fermentation technology, and biological treatment technology.
