束水坝改造及在二河新闸工程运行调度中的应用

摘要 二河新闸属于大型水闸,下游450m设置束水坝一座,从工程管理角度出发,合理地设计好束水坝可提高工程管理的水平,充分发挥束水坝提高下游水位、迅速漫滩行洪、减少下游闸底板冻融破坏等综合作用;但在大型水闸运行调度中工程管理人员要分清水工建筑物的主、次关系,不可拘泥于束水坝等次要建筑物的约束,影响工程整体效益的发挥。 Erhe New Sluice belongs to a large sluice with a beam dam set at 450m downstream area.The level of project management can be improved by rationally designing the beam dam from the perspective of project management.The comprehensive effects of the beam dam can be fully exerted,namely improvement of downstream water level,rapid flood plain flooding,reduction of gate floor freeze-thaw damage in downstream sluice,etc.However,project managers should distinguish the main and secondary relationships of hydraulic structures in the operation and dispatch of large sluices,which should not be constrained by the constraints of secondary buildings such as beam dams,etc.,thereby affecting the overall benefit of the project.
