益母草注射液对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血止血疗效观察

Clinical study on the hemostatic effect of motherwort injection in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction

目的探讨益母草注射液对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的止血疗效。方法选择2017年10月到2019年12月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组80例,脱落4例,最终纳入76例;治疗组80例,脱落5例,最终纳入75例。对照组采用静滴氨甲环酸止血治疗,治疗组在此基础上,予肌肉注射益母草注射液2mL/次,2次/d,连续3d。比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后出血量、子宫内膜厚度、血常规、凝血功能。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%,明显高于对照组85.53%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的出血量比较,治疗后第1天的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第2、3天比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3d的累积出血量比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后子宫内膜厚度比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益母草注射液对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的止血疗效较为确切。

Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of motherwort injection in the treatment of abnormal uterinebleeding-ovulatory dysfunction(AUB-O).Methods A total of 160 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due toovulation dysfunction who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional ChineseMedicine from Oct.2017 to Dec.2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a controlgroup and a treatment group.Among them,there were 80 cases in the control group,4 cases of falling out,and 76 caseswere included in the end;there were 80 cases in the treatment group,5 cases falling out,and 75 cases were included inthe end.The control group was treated with intravenous tranexamic acid to stop bleeding.On this basis,the treatmentgroup was given intramuscular injection of motherwort injection 2 m L/time,2 times/day,for 3 consecutive days.Theeffective rate,and bleeding volume,endometrial thickness,blood routine,coagulation function before and after treatmentwere compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%,whichwas significantly higher than 85.53%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood loss betweenthe two groups was not statistically different on the first day(P>0.05);the treatment group was lower than thecontrol group on the second and third day(P<0.05).Comparing the cumulative bleeding volume 3 days aftertreatment,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the endometrial thickness after treatment,the treatment group was lower thanthe control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Motherwort injection has a definite hemostatic effect onAUB-O.
